3. Participates in tenders floated by these Depts / Undertakings on behalf of the SSI's. Orders, received are placed on the units for execution

4. Operation of various State Govt Rate Contracts.

5. Advance against delivery of material (Conditions apply)

5 A. Gives Advance payment of 75% against the order of receipt of the BG from the unit

5 B There is another scheme of 80% advance payment to the units against accepted delivery challan of the goods by the purchasing agency

6. Helps units in getting payment released within a reasonable period

7. These advance payment schemes facilitate SSI units to meet their working fund requirements and maintain production schedules to keep continuity supplies. This financial assistance helps SSI units smooth running of their unit.
