Back to Rate Contract

The above rate shall remain fixed & firm during currency of contract and inclusive of free delivery of stores at consignee stores/site anywhere in Maharashtra.  The rates are also inclusive of 4% sales tax against Form 'H', turnover tax and surcharge on sales tax, excise duty, transit insurance, loading and unloading charges, stacking of the goods at consignee stores/site but excluding octroi charges and local levies.

Octroi charges and local levies at actual shall be reimbursed by the consignee  who are not entitled to issue octroi exemption certificate and exemption from local levies.

As per Govt.  directives, pre-despatch inspection/testing of the stores with ISI Mark by third party inspection agency is not necessary but consignee is required to inspect the stores and satisfy about the quality before accepting the same.  However,  if consignee desires pre-despatch inspection/testing of the stores with ISI Mark,  same shall be carried out at the cost of consignee.  Pre-despatch shall be carried out at the cost of consignee.  Pre-despatch inspection/testing of the stores shall be done by third party inspction agencies like DGS&D/RITES/Govt.   Engineering College/Govt. Polytechnic.

Order shall be distributed as per the guidelines given by the Stores Purchase Committee.

The Greater Mumbai,  water Tanks are required to be supplied from the units who are having the approval of health Department of Mumbai Municipal Corporation (MMC).  The eligible units shall be considered for placement of order for Mumbai City only subject to their accepting the lowest rates.
